Project Summary
The West Jackson Highway Master Plan (WJHMP) was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on June 11, 2025. The final transmittal from the Board hearing is available to review. The WJHMP establishes a framework and strategy for development of the approximately 5,900-acre Plan Area, including land use designations, development and operation policies, and plans for infrastructure and public services.
