Planning Fee Schedule (Effective October 1, 2024). Use this table for new entitlement applications, listed by entitlement type. Fee Schedule Update Effective October 1, 2024: The Planning Fee Schedule was updated effective October 1, 2024 to reflect the following changes: pursuant to Sacramento County Ordinance SCC No. 1674, EMD fees have a five-year annual multiplier and Metro Fire's Board of Directors approved a 3.71 percent fee increase through Resolution 2024-084 (fee will increase from $364 to $473). The hourly fee for miscellaneous Planning Reviews (PRF) has not been changed ($165.11), however the number of hours (initial deposit) for various types of miscellaneous reviews was updated (Resolution 2013-0574). - Planning Research Fees

Ultimately, an estimate of the cost of the environmental analysis for a project is calculated by Environmental Review staff based on specific characteristics of the project and its potential impacts.
