  • ​Planning Application Fees
    Planning​ Fee S​che​du​le (Effective October 1, 2024). Use this table for new entitlement applications, listed by entitlement type.  Fee Schedule Update Effective October 1, 2024: The Planning Fee Schedule was updated effective October 1, 2024 to reflect the following changes: pursuant to Sacramento County Ordinance SCC No. 1674, EMD fees have a five-year annual multiplier and Metro Fire's Board of Directors approved a 3.71 percent fee increas​e through Resolution 2024-084​ (fee will increase from $364 to $473).  The hourly fee for miscellaneous Planning Reviews (PRF) has not been changed ($165.11), however the number of hours (initial deposit) for various types of miscellaneous reviews was u​pdated (Resolution 2013-0574). ​
  • Planning Research Fees
    A Planning Review Fee of $165.11 per hour will be charged for public information requests that take longer than 15 minutes.  See the Planning Research Applicatio​n Form for more information, and to make your specific research request.
  • Development Fee Deferral Programs
    The Development Fee Deferral Program  provides fee waivers as incentives to encourage development for affordable housing, residential in general, and certain non-residential development
  • Environmental Review Fees
    The cost of the environmental analysis for a project is dependent upon several factors including the complexity and type of project and site-specific impacts that may be caused by the project. The following link provides general information on how mitigation monitoring costs are calculated.  Ultimately, an estimate of the cost of the environmental analysis for a project is calculated by Environmental Review staff based on specific characteristics of the project and its potential impacts.
