Fee Schedule Update Effective July 1, 2025: The Planning Fee Schedule will be updated effective July 1, 2025 to reflect an increase in the Technology (IT) Cost Recovery Fee pursuant to Sacramento County Ordinance SCC No. 1755 (April 8, 2024) from 4.5% of total assessed fees, not to exceed $350; to 6.5% of total assessed fees, not to exceed $850. - Planning Research Fees
